Furtherdiscount.com guarantees that you will be satisfied with our services and products. We will never let any of our customers suffer any loss.
In case, you have received any defective items from us, please notify us immediately. Upon receipt of the relevant item, we will definitely bear the responsibility to accept your return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Items Diferent From Picture & Description On Our Website
Customer can returns any item that is different from its picture and description on our website, and that is in its original condition. The customer will receive an exchange and extra compensation (normally we will send some free gifts), and we will be in charge of any shipment fee (Standard Service). Please note that for all products returned, we will verify their conditions before sending out a refund.
We always describe objectively with the direct and true pictures for all of the items we are selling. However, it is understood that any there sometimes might be a little bit difference between the picture and the real product because of the difference of color and light from photo making. We do not consider this situation as the difference to return the item.
Defective Items
All of our products will be purchased insurance before posting, and please keep the evidence for the claiming of the lost of any damage because of the posting. Please mail to report us about such situation within one day after you receive the item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us (see Contact Us ) the order number & the product condition within 2 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If we authorize a return, we will provide the customer with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for sending the returning items to us. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we receive the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will send you a replacement of the item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
We will also be responsible for the shipping cost (for regular Air Mail returns ONLY) by issuing a coupon or furtherdiscount.com will credit the amount to your account.
Please be reminded that we will ONLY bear your returning shipping cost if the package is returned by regular Standard Service (Register Air Mail). All other costs of returns such as registered Air Mail and Courier services will not be refunded.
If the package was returned by any means other than regular Registered Air Mail, furtherdiscount.com reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Air Mail return. Please note that for all returning products, we will verify their conditions before sending out a replacement or a refund. Any fault report without the accomplishment of the item will not be accepted.
Usually, it takes about 2-3 weeks to process an international return (1-2 weeks for a domestic). We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier. We will not reimburse for Overnight Shipping or Next Day Air and we are not responsible for the loss of returned items.
In Unopend & Original Condition
You may choose to return any unopened items that are in their original packing and in good condition. Furtherdiscount.com is not responsible for the shipping cost. Please email us (see Contact Us ) within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
